EVANS MILLS, NY – Saturday night was filled with hard racing and wild moves as the Coca-Cola Watertown 4-Banger Nationals were on deck paying $700 to the winner of the Stewart’s Shops Sport Compacts feature and $400 to the winner of the Thunderstocks feature due to help from Coca-Cola Watertown and a donation from Jake Whitney and Angela Pettinelli.
Coca-Cola Watertown has been the proud beverage provider of the Evans Mills Raceway Park for many years and have helped support the first three editions of the 4-Banger Nationals. To convert your business to partner with the most iconic brand and line of beverages in the world reach out to your local representative at Coca-Cola Watertown on Murrock Circle in Watertown or online at Coke Northeast.
The Dirt Modified Nostalgia Tour made their first of two trips to The Mills for 2025 bringing loud fast dirt cars running on the asphalt.

After heat races concluded, three contestants were front and center on the flag stand for the Coca-Cola strong man competition. Each competitor had to hold a 12-pack of Coke product out at their side with their arms straight. It would be a soldier passing by the contest that stepped in and took the victory.
The Stewart’s Shops Sport Compacts would run their 4-Banger Nationals feature first and the final three laps would be a four-car shootout for the win. Mike Greenfield controlled the lead and Joey Pettinelli threw his car in hard on the outside of Greenfield in the final two turns but wouldn’t stick enough to challenge at the Thousand Island Bait Store Start Fishin’ line. Greenfield would take home the 3rd installment of the 4-Banger Nationals.

Chuck Meyer would find his way back to victory lane in the Excess Storage Pro Late Models
Aaron Pugh mentioned in his victory lane interview that he thought when Ron Schadt passed him for the lead that his race was done as Ron had plenty of speed. But Pugh remaining steady would watch Schadt fall behind and he would retake the lead and go on to victory.
The Christman Fuel Service INEX Legends field was blessed with 20 cars in the pits, the most we’ve seen in many years. There would be many battles at the front of the field but cautions would keep resetting the individuals leading the race. Devin Thornton and Landen Herring were in solid position to battle for the win, but is would be Dan Side who would take his machine from North Carolina to victory lane.

The Kinney Drugs Modifieds put on an exciting show where Joe Papin and Taylor Caprara would be the two-car battle for the win. In the closing laps Papin would aggressively try to find a move to make but Caprara would hold strong in front to snag the win

The Thunderstocks division featured plenty of action and hard racing as Levi Goodale would go on to take his second win of the season during his rookie campaign.
