EVANS MILLS, NY – The Jake’s Automotive Small Block Supermodifieds are returning for their annual spring kickoff race at the Evans Mills Raceway Park with the help of presenting partner North Counties Supply based in Philadelphia, NY. The Small Block Supermodifieds, a weekly division at the Oswego Speedway make two visits to the Mills each year. Their first of two is this Saturday May 9th, while their second race is the Ray Hedger Memorial 33 on Friday night of the John Burr Classic, September 18th.
In 2025, Christman Fuel Service INEX Legend veteran Dalton Rombough jumped in the #47 Small Block Super to fill in for Matt Matteson and drove to victory in his SBS debut at the 6th annual John Burr Classic.
Joining the action on Saturday May 9th will be all the Championship divisions at the Mills including the Kinney Drugs Modifieds, Christman Fuel Service INEX Legends, LaFave Motor Sales Crown Vics, Stewart’s Shops Sport Compacts, and Excess Storage Thunderstocks.
Opening Night scheduled for Saturday May 2nd was rained out after hot laps were completed. Fans and drivers will be able to return with their tickets and wristbands from May 2nd as valid entry for May 9th.
