Spectator Racing Returns!

EVANS MILLS, NY – This Saturday June 8th the Evans Mills Raceway Park returns to action with all of their weekly divisions supported by STOP DWI New York and the first round of spectator racing for the year. Fans are allowed to register their street vehicles to compete in a 1-on-1 race in a bracket style to see who is the best driver from the parking lot. Spectator racers will need to register their car for free at the box office when they arrive They must have insurance on their vehicle and a helmet. Spectator racing will occur directly at the conclusion of heat racing and vehicles must be lined up outside of the pit gate to enter.

The Kinney Drugs Sportsman Modifieds are back for their first regular distance race of the year (35 laps) after seeing Kreig Heroth and Bryan Sherwood take the first two victories in the May Flowers 50 and Zeigler ’67. The Excess Storage Pro Late Models are back with Rylee Gill leading the charge with two wins on the season. The Christman Fuel Service INEX Legends will compete for the third time this year. Dalton Rombough and Joel Hall took the first two victories. Finally, the four-cylinders are back in action with the Stewart’s Shops Sport Compacts lead by two-race winner Kevin Greenfield and the FENIX U-Pull U-Save Syracuse Thunderstocks which saw Justin Burns and Jared Gilson in victory lane thus far.

Tickets are $15 for adult general admission, $13 for military, and $10 for youth. Single Booths are $50 for the evening as well.
