EVANS MILLS, NY – The Evans Mills Raceway Park is set to embark on it’s most exciting season yet between huge shows on the big track and kart racing on Wednesday nights. To add more to the mix, Team EMRP is proud to announce Stewart’s Shops as the division title sponsor of the Sport Compact division in 2024. Competitors will race with a Stewart’s Shops roof decal running the length of the windshield.
Stewart’s Shops serves communities with over 350 locations in New York and Vermont while consistently earning awards for their milk quality, flavors, and ice cream. EMRP is happy to align their Sport Compact division with a brand associated with excellence.
The Stewart’s Shops Sport Compacts are scheduled to race every week from May through September 14th. They will also compete in the Coca-Cola Watertown 4-Banger Nationals on July 27th. Chuck Powelczyk will be defending his 2023 track championship against the field.
EMRP general manager Nick Czerow stated “Its an honor to have Stewart’s Shops on board with our Sport Compacts. I would say between myself and Director of Operations Brady Gill we are at a Stewart’s every day whether its for breakfast, lunch, or gas. It’s nice having the Evans Mills Stewart’s Shops right down the hill from our track entrance and we look forward to promoting them this year so our fans head down the hill for some ice cream after the races are over.”
Stewart’s Shops customers may also become accustomed to hearing about the Evans Mills Raceway Park while at the gas pump in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties.
