EVANS MILLS, NY – First Responders Night Presented by S & R Automotive has returned this Saturday August 26th. First responders will receive FREE admission at the box office with proof. Box Car racing has also returned for the kids. At intermission, kids with cardboard box cars will race on the track. Emergency vehicles will also parade around the track during intermission.
Clifford the big red dog will be in attendance with WPBS-TV from 5:00-7:00pm and the 4H program through Cornell Cooperative Extensions will be in attendance to take in the event.
Special cornhole boards honoring Joel Davis will be raffled off in the midway. The start of the Caskinette Ford Sportsman Modified Feature will begin with special pace laps from Kevin Warren carrying Joel Davis’ memory on his #8 modified and some police cars.
Joining the Caskinette Ford Sportsman Modifieds are the Christman Fuel Service INEX Legends, Excess Storage Pro Late Models, Sport Compacts, and Thunderstocks.
Gates open at 5:00pm and heat racing begins at 6:30pm.
