EVANS MILLS, NY – The Evans Mills Raceway Park is set to crown their 2023 season points champions. This weekend will be the pre-party for the 2-day 4th Annual John Burr Classic Weekend on September 15th and 16th. Championship action this Saturday September 2nd is presented by BEARCOM in Watertown, a leading communications company and Thomas Trash Service / Excavating in Adams, NY.
The night will feature all weekly divisions plus the final round of intermission spectator racing. Rules for spectator racing are available on the EMRP website. The closest points battle is in the Thunderstocks division between Kevin and Mike Greenfield. The Thunderstocks will be joined by the Caskinette Ford Sportsman Modifieds, Excess Storage Pro Late Models, Christman Fuel Service INEX Legends, and Sport Compacts.
Gates open at 5:00pm and heat racing will begin at 6:30pm.
